It is no secret that Yorktown is the odds on favorite to not only win the sectional, but win it in run away fashion again this year. This is arguably the best team Yorktown has ever had from top to bottom in their lineup. There are not very many weight class champions that are up in the air, but there will be a lot of 3rd place matches that will be very interesting. The only weight class champions really in discussion are 119, 145 and 215. Can Bradley or Anderson put together two tough matches and knock off top seed Harry? Can Harper ride the Yorktown wave and defeat top seeded Heuchan? Will Chalfant be able to keep Neff from gaining one more Yorktown sectional crown? Will Yorktown advance all 14 wrestlers to the Regional? We will find out all these answers on Saturday as we enjoy a great day of wrestling at Delta High School.
